• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳2,000 to play with.
• Or: deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳47,000.
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement is the set amount you must wager using the bonus funds. The wagering requirement for the aqq99 welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion is governed by its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotion page.
• A bonus can only be claimed once — claiming a bonus through duplicate accounts or fraud will result in account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they can only be withdrawn after fulfilling the specific wagering requirement.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback

• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.2 How to Move Between Tiers

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play and active engagement with the platform. VIP tier assessments are carried out periodically. Inactivity or rule violations may result in a tier demotion.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using coordinated or artificial betting strategies to obtain bonuses.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Operating an account funded by or in the name of a third party.
• Participating in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• Coordinated betting or collusion against other users.

8.1 Our Rights

aqq99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, and particularly for breach of terms, without prior notice. In such cases, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All valid balances will be processed before the account is closed. As part of responsible gambling, self-exclusion or a temporary break is also an option.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

We will try to separately notify users about accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Bonuses on inactive accounts may expire and be cancelled.

9.1 Service Interruptions
